The boilerplate

Copy-ready — use as-isPuzzlePup is a Rochester, Minnesota dog business founded by Mike O’Brien and inspired by his service dog, Normie. Its range includes handmade pumpkin and peanut butter treats, snuffle mats, and three soft-chew supplement formulas. A portion of every order helps fund Helping Paws, the Minnesota nonprofit that trained Normie and places assistance dogs at no cost to people with disabilities and veterans.

The story

Founder Mike O’Brien built PuzzlePup around his relationship with his service dog, Normie. Handmade treats are part of the Rochester business, alongside its snuffle mats and soft-chew supplement range. Normie was trained by Helping Paws, and a portion of every PuzzlePup order goes back to them to help train the next dog. PuzzlePup is based in Rochester and sells online to dog families across the United States.
