1. Overview — This website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), is operated by PuzzlePup ("PuzzlePup," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services, including any purchase you make through PuzzlePupCo.com. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Services or make a purchase. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts — You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products and Descriptions — We work to display our products and details — descriptions, ingredients, images, pricing — as accurately as possible, but do not warrant they are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and packaging may vary. We may modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time.
5. Pricing and Payment — All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping. We may cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after confirmation.
6. Orders — We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, availability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel after you've been charged, we will refund your original payment method.
7. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) — Certain products are available on a recurring basis.
- Recurring billing. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the delivery frequency you select, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Discounts apply only while your subscription is active and may change for future orders with notice.
- Managing or canceling. You may skip, change frequency, pause, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us, before the next order is processed. Changes after an order is processed apply to subsequent orders.
- Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with notice as required by law; changes apply to future orders.
8. Shipping and Delivery — Shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

10. Health and Veterinary Disclaimer — PuzzlePup products are nutritional supplements and treats for animals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided through the Services — product pages, our blog, and quizzes — is for general educational purposes only and is not veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is taking medication. Individual results vary. If your dog experiences an adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your pet's health and care.
11. Reviews and User Content — By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant PuzzlePup a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to the content, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights. We may monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
12. Acceptable Use — You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; submit false or fraudulent information; transmit malware; interfere with or disrupt the Services; attempt unauthorized access; or scrape or harvest data without permission. We may restrict or terminate access for any violation.
13. Intellectual Property — All content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the "PuzzlePup" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to PuzzlePup and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
14. Third-Party Links — The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties — To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16. Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzlePup and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification — You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuzzlePup and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing Law and Disputes — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement — We may modify these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PuzzlePup regarding the Services.

Mobile Terms of Service

The PuzzlePup mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by PuzzlePup (“PuzzlePup”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to PuzzlePup’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of PuzzlePup through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with PuzzlePup. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18336334101 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other PuzzlePup mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers used by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
