Shipping policy
U.S. shipping
We ship within the United States. Treats arrive in sealed pouches; supplements arrive in sealed jars. Products are packed securely.
When your order leaves us
- In-stock supplement-only orders: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Central, Monday–Friday, are handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays leave the next business day.
- Handmade treats and bundles containing treats: Treats are baked to order. Allow 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.
- Snuffle Mats and other mixed orders: Allow 3–5 business days for processing. An order containing handmade treats follows the treat preparation window.
Shipping charges
- Free standard U.S. shipping on orders with a subtotal of $34.98 or more, before tax.
- $5.99 standard shipping below $34.98, unless a product-specific free-shipping offer applies.
- The premium Snuffle Mat ships free within the U.S.
- Subscription deliveries ship free under the current subscription offer.
Eligible free shipping applies automatically; no shipping code is required. Review the final shipping charge in checkout before paying.
Transit time
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We use UPS Economy unless otherwise arranged. Carrier delays can affect arrival; this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
